They aren’t. They are in New York City!
Expect to pay $200/night +
Or you could stay “out of town”, and take the train in.

Well, there are several nice hotels that you can find rooms for about or less than $100. The Seton (www.thesetonhotel.com) offers rooms with shared bathroom for about $80/night. you can also check the park savoy hotel (www.parksavoyhotelny.com) and the pod hotel (www.podhotelny.com)

Hotel rates are typically cheaper when the swallows fly back from Capistrano.
