Staff ratio is number on duty/number of guests.
Occupancy rate is percentage of rooms rented, by day or week or any given pariod.
ARR are mean averages of highest rates before causing a drop off in OR.
Occupancy is simple bar from 0 to 100%
Staff ratio is side by side of number of staff Vs. number of guests.
Achieved rates are prices Vs. occupancy rates.
