Those are about the only hotels in the area that offer a shuttle to the park.
No one will offer you a free ticket to Universal. You could however get a coupon for $8 off the price of admission. Here is the coupon.

You have to pay for things - if tickets are going to be offered for free, you’ll pay for them some other way in the price of the hotel package, since the hotel has to pay the studios. Best to buy your hotel rooms seperately i think.
