what are the best months to get cheapest hotel rates in Las Vegas?
Hotel RatesBalla1 asked:
Also, are there any websites that show you month by month the hotel prices for particular hotels other than the actual official hotel websites? The official hotel websites only show month by month prices for about 3 months in advance. I am looking for month by month prices for next year. thanks

Mid December. Early June. Try Kayak.com

The best price I ever paid in Vegas was $25/night for a nice room at the Excalibur. It was right in the middle of Summer and it was HOT outside!
I’d check with Vegas.com first, then priceline.com, and finally expedia. Vegas.com is most likely to have deals listed, but priceline is most likely to have a room cheaper. But, with priceline, you have to wait to be “accepted” and then you are locked in to going.

Las Vegas seems to be one of those places that has no off season. I know that some of the on-line travel agencies offer package deals. You can also find package deals through the airlines. Southwest offers some as do the other airlines.

You will not find month by month for the next year. Vegas rates are usually 3 months in advance. However you can book 9 months in advance but it has to be advertised by the hotels and available using a promo code. Here are a few codes for Vegas hotels.

The hotel rates are usually published 2-3 months in advance. I would try to get a good hotel promotion for your stay. Try for this.

The hotels are showing until about April right now. When are you going?
Starting 2-3 months before your dates, the hotel prices will start falling down, plus they all run Fabulous specials on this website So we have never paid more than $51/night at Excalibur, even though the rates from Expedia and the hotel website say they are higher.
I think the Hotel calendar is the first to update, though. Is there a certain hotel you are interested in? I might be able to give you an average price for the month you are going.
