i stayed in a very cheap hostel called the green turtle but that geared up for backpackers
but if you check out the source below that should give you more options and ideas

Well the Kings Inn in Seattle is pretty good its in the nice part of downtown and the price is between $89 to $109 for a 1 queen size bedroom
Or the 8th ave Inn has rooms starting from $79 a night and is also pretty nice
Also there are a lot of motels along Aurora Ave and some are pretty decent and those are cheaper, you just have to drive along Aurora ave to find them.
Hotels are expensive in Seattle.
