Hotel business rates, just for business travellers, or can I use it for non-business stays?

It would be worth asking the hotels. Mention the company that you work for.
My understanding of this term is that these are the rates negotatied with various big companies because they invariably have mutliple visitors and therefore give the hotel regular business.
I normally book my trips through a Corporate travel agent, so don’t need to be concerned, but I’m sure that if I called direct, booked a stay and advised that I work for company x, I should expect to get the corporate rate.
Definitely worth trying.
